in the cultivation of this inner solitude
one grows in stability of subtle serenity amid outer noise, or turbulence
this unquiet at times may be sensed as absorbed back into the inner calm or as witnessing the unrest in a detached manner
then through time, and this cultivation of serenity
one silently communicates this quietness wherever he or she goes witnessing to and alerting others to the natural state
for
one has become a sanctuary of serenity with no effort to be serene

then, one can enjoy equally sound and noise when one sees sound and noise as moving within this quiet~and~calm
one knows, from the inner quiet~and~calm, both are expressions of Silence
